Kundalini Yoga changed my life…
For years, I lived with excruciating lower back pain that no treatment could touch — not doctors, acupuncture, chiropractic work, or even specialized yoga therapy. My scans were normal, yet the pain was relentless and exhausting.
Everything shifted when my first Kundalini Yoga teacher guided me through a “kriya” (series of postures) and a meditation specifically designed to release stuck emotional energy in the spine. The experience was challenging, but by the end, my pain was completely gone for the first time in years.
While not everyone has such an immediate transformation, Kundalini Yoga consistently offers the deepest energetic release and healing I’ve come across. After nearly 15 years of daily practice, it remains the most powerful tool I’ve found for personal freedom, and it’s one I’m grateful to share with others.
