Rise into your own power
with KundaliniYoga
Yoga is a path of returning…
…returning to your body, your breath, your presence and your power. Like the ocean, life moves in waves — sometimes calm, sometimes stormy. Yoga helps you find steadiness in those tides.
Through simple movements, breath, and sound, you’ll learn to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with a deep sense of calm and vitality that’s already within you.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
The style of yoga I teach is Kundalini Yoga, often called the Yoga of Awareness. This ancient practice blends movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to awaken the energetic life force that flows through you — your kundalini. Each class builds like a wave: beginning gently, rising into intensity, then settling into deep stillness.
Rather than focusing on flexibility or fitness alone, Kundalini Yoga strengthens the nervous and glandular systems, balances emotions, and reconnects you with your authenticity and wisdom.
In each class, you’ll experience:
Energizing postures and movements
Sacred mantras that elevate vibration
Deep Relaxation
Breathwork to expand lung capacity
Guided meditation
Sacred stillness and a calmer mind
Kundalini Yoga changed my life…
For years, I lived with searing lower back pain that was nearly incapacitating. I tried everything: Western doctors, massage, chiropractors, acupuncture, strict diets, energy work — all with little relief. My scans were normal, yet the chronic pain persisted, draining my spirit.
Everything changed when I met my first Kundalini Yoga teacher, Anne Novak, in Connecticut. She believed my pain was rooted in trapped emotional energy and introduced me to a Kundalini series and a meditation called The Kriya to Release Childhood Anger. The practice was physically and emotionally intense but when it ended, my pain was gone. For the first time in years, I felt completely free.
Not everyone experiences such an immediate shift, but Kundalini Yoga has continued to reveal its power to release deep, long-held energy and bring lasting healing unlike any other style of Yoga I’ve witnessed. It’s something that can’t be fully explained — only experienced.
After nearly 15 years of daily practice, it remains one of the most transformative tools I know, and it’s a gift I love to share with others.

A Practice for Every Body & Every Story
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “spiritual” to begin. Kundalini Yoga meets you exactly where you are — whether you’re seeking relief from stress, recovering from trauma or burnout, or simply ready to feel more alive.
Many of us carry hidden emotional undertows — grief, fear, self-doubt — that pull us away from our center. This practice helps you return to your heart, to listen to its quiet wisdom, and to trust your own flow again.
At Ocean Heart Healing, each class is an invitation to release, realign, and remember who you truly are.
